These floor model booths are designed for batch type production systems. Clean air is drawn in through the open front, across the parts being coated and exhausted through an exhaust filter bank in the rear of the booth. The dry exhaust arrestor filters trap the over spray particles before the filtered air is discharged through the exhaust duct system and into the atmosphere. The booths are available in a wide range of models to meet virtually any production requirements.
Conveyor openings can be as much as 25% of the booth open front area, without requiring an additional exhaust fan.
Specially engineered enclosures may be designed to meet your requirements. Heated air replacement units and intake chambers can be added as well as reduce air flow systems for automatic spray operations.
Lighting Features
Lighting is provided by four-tube, 48" long, 32-watt, fluorescent light fixtures. Each is of Class I, Division II, sealed and gasketed construction. All fixtures are UL listed and approved for their intended use and location.
Exhaust System Features
A tube-axial exhaust fan manufactured specifically for use in paint spray booth applications provides the airflow through the booth and exhaust duct.
All exhaust fans have non-sparking blades. The motor drive and bearings are sealed from the air stream of the exhaust. Open drip proof motors are provided with each unit with a drive guard assembly.
Construction Features and Quality Standards
Chambers are constructed from high quality18-gauge galvanized steel. Structural steel is used to add additional strength and rigidity to chambers where needed. All panels and support members are pre-punched for easy nut and bolt installation. Panel flanges are connected externally to give you a smooth internal surface.
All spray booth packages include detailed installation instructions, nuts, bolts, hardware and sealants needed for assembly.
