Schubox Features
The Schubox® is constructed from 50 mm thick insulated steel panels, mounted side by side to form a rigid, durable enclosure. The interior surfaces are polished stainless steel, designed to reflect infrared energy and provide even, consistent radiance across all wet surfaces.
Entry-Exit Doors
Schubox ovens come standard with two sets of double doors. Optional space-saving bi-fold doors can be quoted as well.
Catalytic IR Drying Technology
With over three decades of proven performance, catalytic IR emitters deliver efficient inside-out curing at lower operating temperatures. The result is faster cure times, improved coating quality, and increased production efficiency.
Standard Oven Dimensions
Standard interior dimensions are 16' x 8' or 20' x 8'. The Schubox® can also be custom engineered to fit your facility layout and workflow requirements.
