- Tongue-and-groove wall panels to provide a leak-free seal
- 4 lb. density semi-rigid/resilient mineral wool insulation; optional 6 lb. and 8 lb. density available
- Available up to 180" lengths, with custom lengths upon request
- Slotted channel design to reduce heat transfer
- Powder coating is also available for the panels
- Standard panels are 27 1/2", providing a net width of 26"; panels can be made in widths up to 36"

Oven Panel Construction
Our insulated panels are rigidly constructed utilizing “knuckle” punch for attaching the top and bottom connecting panels and a “button” punch along the tongue and groove surfaces. This type of assembly process provides superior strength while protecting the appearance of the panels.
Panels are shipped in a vertical orientation to aid in the installation of insulation into the channel prior to interlocking the panels during the assembly process.
