The most basic and typical way to introduce air is through the front of the booth through the open face and exhausted back into the building through a cartridge collector module located at the rear of the booth. Air is pulled horizontally from the front of the booth through the working depth. However, when the product is larger in various cases the optimum way to introduce air could change to a side-downdraft configuration or even a pit-downdraft configuration. The booth is designed with the maximized filter quantity to assure efficient particulate filtration from the cartridge filters. The booth is equipped with a self-pulsing system that continuously cleans cartridge filters for longer filter life. Unused powder can be reclaimed for future powder application.

With high-efficiency filtration, fan and motors, Powder Collection Modules deliver superior performance for your powder coating application. Each module includes a heavy-duty TEFC motor designed to provide added efficiency and lower operating costs. Durable, high-efficiency cartridge filters are held in place with a twist-locking mechanism. In addition to providing fast and easy cartridge replacement, the product offers a reinforced seal to minimize powder leakage. Powder collection modules are shipped modular. Upper section shipped as a module, lower section shipped for field assembly.
