Truck Cross Draft Paint Booth

While the Truck and Large Equipment Cross Draft paint booth design is the simplest airflow design in the market today, it continues to be one of the most popular models. It provides an efficient and affordable solution for coating large equipment, RV’s or whatever you may be painting. The clean air enters through the doors located in the front of the booths and flows through the booth to the exhaust filter bank located in the rear of the cabin. The exhaust filters capture the overspray before exhausting the air from the building. Our standard cross draft truck and large equipment booths are built with 10 Gauge Structure.

Scope:

Clean air flows in through the filtered entry doors located at the front of the booth, moves through the work area, and exits through the exhaust plenum(s) located on the rear wall of the booth. Filtered exhaust air is drawn thru the exhaust plenum and discharged upward into the atmosphere through the exhaust stack(s). This booth is provided complete, with all necessary hardware to meet the applicable national requirements established by OSHA, and the NFPA for paint booth construction.

Our Heavy Duty and Xtreme Duty truck and large equipment  paint booths are built with W8X10 I-beam construction. We now offer a standard duty design. This helps reduce the cost but maintains superior construction and quality.These booths are offered in many standard sizes but can also be customized to meet your needs. Also, available in pressurized, non-pressurized, reverse flow, solid back and drive thru models.

We also have double wall insulated Truck and Large Equipment booths available in all models. These booths are constructed with HD I beams and two layers of 20-gauge pre-coated sheet metal.
