Formstack forms load in an iframe, and Formstack may receive technical request information when that iframe loads. When you submit an inquiry, we may collect your name, company, email address, telephone number, location, project details, equipment needs, and other information you choose to provide. If a form allows file uploads, we also collect the files and the information they contain.

We and our service providers may automatically collect device, browser, operating-system, network, IP-address, referrer, cookie, approximate-location, usage, and security information. We use this information to operate the site, prevent fraud and abuse, diagnose problems, understand performance, and improve our services.

We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare and administer quotes and transactions, provide support, communicate about requested products and services, maintain records, secure the site, comply with law, and improve our operations. An inquiry does not by itself create a contract or obligate either party to a purchase.

Cloudflare provides hosting, delivery, and security services for the website. We also use Cloudflare Web Vitals Analytics Engine for PII-free first-party operational performance measurement. Embedded YouTube videos show a YouTube-hosted thumbnail before the player loads, which may send YouTube technical request information before you play. The youtube-nocookie player iframe loads only when you activate a video, at which point YouTube may collect information under its own policies.

We may use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Ads for measurement, remarketing, and ads personalization, now or in the future. When GA4 is active, Google Analytics event retention is set to 2 months and user data retention is set to 14 months, resetting on activity. Google Signals is off. User-provided data and enhanced matching are off unless separately enabled and disclosed. Granular location and device reporting are on. Google Ads linking and ads personalization are enabled, subject to your choices. Google measurement and advertising preferences are on by default unless you change them or an applicable browser privacy signal applies. When Analytics storage is denied, configured Google tags receive that consent state and may, depending on configuration, send cookieless signals; advertising storage and personalization are separately controlled.

We disclose information to providers that help us host, secure, analyze, communicate, market, sell, support, and administer our services; to professional advisers; when required by law; and in connection with a business transaction. We do not sell personal information for money. Depending on applicable law, some advertising or analytics disclosures may be considered sharing or targeted advertising.

We generally retain unsuccessful inquiries for up to 24 months. We may retain active customer, warranty, accounting, contract, and legal records longer when needed for the relationship, our legitimate business purposes, or legal obligations.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or portability of your personal information. You may also opt out of targeted advertising or sharing where those rights apply. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by applicable law by turning off advertising and personalization for this website. Use the bottom-left Privacy Choices control to reopen your choices at any time. It stores your preferences in a first-party cookie for one year. The Google measurement choice is separate from essential PII-free first-party Cloudflare Web Vitals operational telemetry, which remains active.

If you turn off Google measurement or advertising, we send the corresponding consent update and attempt to remove relevant Google cookies that remain accessible to this browser. This does not delete information already held by Google or other third parties, which remains subject to their own controls and policies.

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
