Terms of Service

You may use the site only if you can form a binding agreement and, if you act for a company or other organization, have authority to do so. Requests for information, quotes, or consultations are not offers, acceptances, or contracts. Any signed agreement between you and us controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

Specifications, pricing, availability, freight, installation, permitting, code requirements, and timelines are subject to written confirmation. Do not rely on website information as an engineering, legal, safety, environmental, or regulatory opinion or substitute for professional advice. You are responsible for confirming the requirements applicable to your site, project, and intended use.

Do not misuse the site; interfere with its operation; attempt unauthorized access; introduce harmful code; scrape or copy content at scale without permission; or use the site in violation of law or another person’s rights. The site and its text, graphics, branding, and other content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the site for its intended informational purpose.

You must request a return material authorization (RMA) from Customer Support within 30 days of purchase. An RMA authorization is valid for 30 days, and the product must be returned within 30 days after RMA issuance. Write the RMA number on the outside of the returned product container. Returned materials must follow the RMA and any service return order (SRO) instructions; deviation from those instructions voids return eligibility. Unauthorized, late, refused, or undeliverable returns are nonrefundable.

Paint booths and custom-cut filters are nonreturnable. Booth lights are subject to a 25% restocking charge. A restocking fee may apply unless the item is exchanged for like kind within 72 hours. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Installed or used products are ineligible for return. Electronics are eligible only for an exact exchange or warranty service, as applicable. Returns must include original factory packaging; the customer prepays shipping and bears transit risk both to and from the supplier, distributor, or manufacturer. Damage, missing items, or missing paperwork may result in fees, including a 30% charge for missing paperwork.

Returns that are unauthorized, late, or missing factory packaging may be refused or assessed a 25% charge. These return terms do not override a signed agreement or written warranty that expressly provides otherwise.

The site may link to or use third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in a signed agreement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the site. You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your unlawful use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

Florida law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Lee County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the site. These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration and do not include a jury-trial waiver or class-action waiver.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
