Why Choose a Mobile Welding Station? Production layouts change. Large components can be difficult to move. And sometimes installing permanent welding booths or fixed fume-extraction systems isn't practical.
The Mobile Weld Station gives manufacturers, fabrication shops, maintenance departments, and other industrial facilities the flexibility to create a dedicated welding area where it's needed and reposition it as production requirements change.

What’s Included with Every Mobile Weld Station
Each stage of the filtration system performs a specific function. Aluminum mesh spark arrestors provide the first line of filtration, followed by progressive-density and high-efficiency filters for airborne particulate. The activated carbon and potassium permanganate filtration provides an additional stage for applicable gaseous contaminants and odors.

Mobile Weld Station models use a 3/4 HP motor for 2,900 CFM or a 1-1/2 HP motor for 3,900 CFM of portable welding fume extraction and filtration.

Model 4950W Specifications
The Model 4950W Mobile Weld Station provides a 3/4 HP, 2,900 CFM portable welding fume extraction and filtration platform without a weld curtain enclosure.
It is designed for applications where portable source capture is the primary requirement and a fully enclosed welding area is not necessary.

Model 4900W Specifications
The Model 4900W combines 2,900 CFM portable welding fume extraction with an attached weld curtain enclosure.
The enclosure uses 14 MIL UV-Protective Welding Curtain sides and a 20 MIL clear PVC top panel to help contain welding fumes and spark spatter.
